Refund Policy

Last updated 7 September 2026 Effective 7 September 2026

The short version

Every self-serve plan starts with a 7-day free trial — the first charge happens only when the trial ends, and cancelling during it costs nothing. If a charge goes wrong after that, write to us within 14 days and we will make it right. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record; approved refunds are returned by Paddle to the original payment method.

Subscription charges

Contact us within 14 days of a subscription charge if something went wrong — an accidental renewal, a duplicate charge, or the Service materially failed you during the period — and we will refund it. Cancelling a plan stops future renewals; the current paid period runs to its end with its included credits.

Credit purchases

One-time credit purchases are refundable within 14 days to the extent the credits are unspent. Spent credits represent compute and services already delivered and are not refundable. Pay-as-you-go charges settle usage that has already happened and are refundable only where the underlying usage record was wrong.

Invoiced (enterprise) plans

Refunds under a negotiated enterprise agreement follow that agreement. Where it is silent, this policy applies.

How to request a refund

Email support@getjade.io from the email associated with your workspace, with the receipt or invoice number. We answer within two business days. Approved refunds are issued through Paddle and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law, or the handling of disputes and chargebacks by your card issuer.
